Diptych Pictures

I was not very creative with my diptych work.  I had some great ideas but they didn't seem to pan out.  I wanted to take a picture of the nose of a big 18 wheeler truck up close with a wide angle lens as if it were going to run over me.  I was going to post it on the left diptych and then on the right I was going to take the back of the truck as it drove away.  It didn't work.  So I ended up with a varity of diptychs.

I was having fun with my extension tube taking pictures of bugs and flowers.  so I produced this diptych as large and small.

Pictures are often taken of roses in full bloom or blooming rose but things never last so here is New and Old.

Well tables are set so exquisitely and just so.  What happens during the meal?

I call this the big blow.  The older one gets the harder you have to blow.

The dunk for apples is fun for the kids.  He had it but lost it.

Picture Recovery

I have an old 35mm kodachrome slide of me and my mother when I was about 7 years old. That was way back when Indians and cowboys were real world in 1950. I was mighty proud of those pistols and I used when desperate situations often arrived. It was very faded and was at the end of the film but I wanted to recover it as best as possible.

After much work, I was able to restore the picture as shown below:

After many hours I was able to recover the image below:
